Start Juicing!


                     Why do you have to start juicing? Here, let me give you some reasons. 


Reason #1 for Juicing: When you make juice, your body absorbs the nutrients better.  Why?  Because there’s no plant fiber to get in the way, pretty much just liquid vitamins. The process of juicing helps to break down vegetables, making it easier for our body to digest them.  When we eat raw vegetables, especially fibrous vegetables, our bodies cannot break them down fully, so we miss out on a lot of nutrition.  Juicing means that we get nutrition into our bodies, where it belongs!

Reason #2 for Juicing: Juicing is the easy way to get your six to eight servings of vegetables a day.  Cooked vegetables lose nutrition; raw vegetables pack a powerful nutritional punch.  You can get an entire day’s worth of vegetables in a single glass of vegetable juice.

Reason #3 for Juicing: When you cook and eat vegetables, you tend to use the same greens and the same vegetables all the time, right?  It is so easy to fall into a comfortable pattern!  Diversify your diet and start juicing!  Since you are juicing more than one vegetable at a time, you can mix and match your flavors, so your choices are endless when it comes to flavor and nutrient combinations.

The photo you've seen above is my green juice. It's mixed of frozen banana, pak choi, and pineapple. FYI, it tastes so good and of course healthy! :-D

         Hi, this is my first post! As you've seen on my header, this blog will mostly talk about Healthy Living. In this very first post, I'm about to give you some tips to start living healthy.
  First, eat healthily. A healthy food is any food that sustain good health, as by containing vital nutrients, grown without the use of pesticides, or having a low sodium or fat content.
  Second, drink plenty of water. Water flushes out toxins and it can improve skin complexion as well.
  And last but not least, exercise regularly. By doing this, you'll have more energy and sleep better.
